Contact the studio
Send your question to hoshinuigames@gmail.com with the subject “Moonswing support”. Describe what happened and what you expected. Include the game version, iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, and steps to repeat the problem. A screenshot can help. Remove personal information before sending it. Never send passwords, verification codes, or payment-card details.

Progress or a crash
Close and reopen the game first. Please contact us before deleting the app or resetting data: progress is stored on the device, and these actions can remove it. The game does not provide its own cloud-save service. We cannot promise to recover a lost local save.

Purchases and restoration
Purchases are currently inactive. When they become available, use the same Apple Account that made the purchase and choose Restore purchases in the game for eligible permanent purchases. Consumable items that have been used cannot be restored in that way. Contact us if an item is missing. For a charge or refund request, use Apple's refund process.

Ads and consent
The game needs an internet connection and an available ad to show a rewarded ad. TestFlight builds use test ads. You can change gameplay analytics in the game's Settings and reopen advertising privacy options when Google makes them available. Apple's tracking permission is controlled in device Settings. Refusing tracking does not necessarily remove ads. Meta measurement remains inactive in this version even if its separate choice is on.

For a privacy request, email hoshinuigames@gmail.com. For deletion, use the subject “Moonswing data deletion”. Tell us which game, website, or email data your request concerns. Uninstalling the game does not automatically delete provider-held records. The privacy policy explains the request process and its limits.
