These terms cover the Hoshinui Games Studio website and explain the terms that apply to Moonswing. The game is not yet publicly released. Purchases are inactive in the current pre-release configuration.

Hoshinui Games Studio is our studio brand in Turkey. This website presents our games and provides support and privacy information. Contact hoshinuigames@gmail.com with questions about these terms.

The game license
For the App Store version of Moonswing, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies unless the App Store provides a separate custom agreement. This page does not replace that license or create a separate custom EULA. TestFlight copies are also subject to Apple's TestFlight terms.

Use of the website
You may browse the website and contact us for help. Do not disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use it unlawfully. The game, artwork, text, and other materials belong to their respective rights holders. Access to the site does not transfer ownership or grant a right to redistribute those materials. Rights permitted by law and third-party licenses remain unchanged.

Purchases and virtual items
Purchases are not active in the current game configuration. When available, the App Store purchase screen will show the price and product before confirmation. Virtual items are for use in the game and are not cash. Apple handles payments for Apple in-app purchases. Refund eligibility depends on Apple's process and applicable consumer law; we do not promise or exclude a refund.

Progress and availability
Progress and preferences are stored locally. Device backups may contain them, but the game does not provide its own cloud-save service. Removing the app or resetting its data can remove progress. Pre-release features may change. Some services require an internet connection or an Apple service and may be unavailable. Contact support before deleting the app to resolve a problem.

Privacy and your choices
The privacy policy explains the current services, data practices, consent choices, and deletion requests. These terms do not replace a consent choice or grant permission for tracking.

Your rights and changes
Nothing on this page removes mandatory consumer rights. We will update this page when these terms change and show the new date. For help or questions about a change, contact the studio.
